please remove the qualis foto and other pics of men who you thought were propositioning from the site. it amounts to defamation.
if you have any genuine grouses, take legal action. but posting pics of this blog is wrong.
i hardly think that posting these pictures amounts to defamation. as for 'thinking' it was propositioning, i don't think one could take it as being anything else.
if these men were worried about issues like defamation, they should not be out there, indulging in acts of harassment.
as for what is wrong or right, let's not even get into that debate.

I agree with you that it was probably propositioning, but posting pictures without proving their crime is wrong. Tomorrow, pictures may be posted of innocent men just to settle scores.

Does the so called victim have to experience rape in order to be clinically tested and then appear as PROOF TO YOU?

A. Not as long as a man is alive. You cannot control if he will/will not strip you naked in his mind. It happens all over the world, to both sexes. Lust is not the domain of man alone. So no, neither woman nor man will stop doing it; perhaps you have heard the euphemism called "checking out". If you dislike this happeneing to you, I can only say that the world is not the way you want it to be. It is the risk you take for being part of the society. You probably derive far more benefits from interacting with people that you will ignore the inconvience/torture of wandering eyes. Nothing you ever do, will affect that.
Besides, mentally stripping you naked, does not violate 509 or 354. It is neither "ASSAULTS OR USES CRIMINAL FORCE" (354) or "Word, gesture or act" (509). Mentioning that in your pamplet is a cheap terror-tactics, best left to fallen dictatorial regimes. I am sure you can think refershing and creative ways to spread you message without resorting to such underhanded tactics.

Kudos Jasmeen & team for this initiative.It is good start, in terms of mobilizing support & creating awareness.
However I think all these efforts would go in vain if there is no support from the Police & the govt.The laws are there, but thr is sheer lack of implementation( as is evident from the blogs).
I hope soon this forum gathers the support n mass it requires to bring the change that is needed.
One suggestion, create a "community" on orkut.com(its great site do check it out,i think it will help in creating much more awareness)
